💰 How fast can you close?

We can usually close in 7–14 days, sometimes even faster. It all depends on the situation and the title process. We move at your pace.

🏚️ Do I need to make repairs or clean up the house?

Nope! We buy houses as-is. You don’t have to fix a thing or even take out the trash. Seriously—leave the mess, we’ll handle it.

💵 How do you come up with your offer price?

We look at a few things: the condition of your property, what similar homes have sold for nearby, and how much work the house might need. We aim to make offers that are fair, fast, and transparent.

🔑 What if I have tenants in the property?

No problem. We buy properties with tenants all the time. Whether they’re month-to-month or on a lease, we’ll work with you and them to make the transition smooth.

❗ I’m behind on payments or facing foreclosure. Can you still help?

Yes. We specialize in helping people in tough situations. If you're facing foreclosure, the clock is ticking—but we can often step in and help before it’s too late.

🧾 Are there any fees, commissions, or hidden costs?

Nope. Zero. You don’t pay us anything out of pocket. We’re not agents, so there are no commissions or listing fees. When we get a property under contract, we connect it with one of our investors—they’re the ones who pay us, not you.

🏠 What kinds of houses do you buy?

We buy houses in any condition—vacant, damaged, inherited, you name it. If you’ve got a house to sell in DFW (or soon, anywhere in the country), we’re interested.

📄 What’s the contract process like?

Super simple. Once you accept our offer, we send you a straightforward agreement to sign electronically. After that, we handle all the paperwork and title stuff.
